Weddings
Without stressing you out, I suggest ASAP! I often book weddings 1-2 years in advance, and my schedule is usually full 4 to 8 months out.
To reserve your wedding date I require a 25% non refundable retainer, and the rest can be paid in a way that works for you since I offer payment plans. After that, we plan your timeline, go over all the important details such as first looks or surprises, and make sure everything is in order for the day of.
Would you be able to capture my wedding day if it’s in another state? What would your travel fees be?
Yes! I would absolutely be able to and would love to! And I always do custom quotes for travel depending on gas, lodging, and what your package might already include.
Elopements
1000% yes! Whether it be just the next state over, on a mountain somewhere or coast to coast, I’m there! (But if it on a mountain somewhere just give me like a month or so heads up so I can get in mountain climbing shape haha)
Depends… if we are hiking and/or you want the getting ready process documented, I suggest a larger package option. But say you elope at Garden of the Gods in Colorado; you can just pull up, park, and walk 200-500 feet to our photoshoot location. Its something I am happy to discuss with you and help you figure out, and we can always add more time the day of if needed!
- Less stress: 90% of my couples tell me within 3 months of their wedding date that they wished they had eloped. Planning a wedding is no small feat, and I have a lot of brides say that they are just ready to be done with the wedding and move on with married life.
- Less Expensive: Our elopement was well under $5000 when everything was said and done. Between our photographer, officiant, my dress, his clothes, and our National Park Special Use Permit, the cost to say “I do” was low.
- More Fun: You can do it any way you want. Pick your epic location(or just go do the dang thing at the courthouse!), make it intimate with just you two or bring the select family and friends you want to have the privilege of being there. No seating arrangements ad no budgeting for plated meals. BUT you can always have a party later to celebrate with everyone else!
