Dirt, boots, cows and horses. So much talent and athleticism was to be observed back in May when all the cowgirls and cowboys came to showcase themselves and their horses in the Garden City Cutting Show put on by the Beef Empire Cutting Horse Association. I only caught a handful of rides over the two days but here are some of the highlights!
